An extension of the Employee Self Service portal, WorkZone is a mobile app exclusive to KeyPay users, that streamlines employee payroll data management for you and your clients.

WorkZone equips employees with tools to access and manage their own data, all in the palm of their hands. Improve efficiencies for your clients by allowing their managers to approve employee requests in the app. In turn, ensure accurate and up to date payroll data is fed seamlessly into the pay run. Payroll administrators will no longer be bombarded with requests from employees requesting leave updates, copies of pay slips or expense requests.

WorkZone allows employees to set unavailabilities from their phone, with the app automatically notifying managers and reflecting in rosters. Managers are able to edit/delete unavailability on behalf of employees, automatically notifying them of the change.

Managers can also view the rostered shifts in WorkZone, allowing them to see unassigned and bidding shifts, employee unavailability and approved leave. Employees can also view, accept, decline, swap or bid for shifts on the app.

Timesheets

Timesheets

Employees can create and/or amend a timesheet directly in WorkZone. Managers can view all submitted timesheets, which are automatically costed in real time, and edit, approve or reject the timesheets directly from their phone.

Additionally, the approved timesheet data is fed straight into the pay run.

Clock in and out

If your clients have employees working remotely or across multiple locations, they can clock in and out via WorkZone, automatically creating timesheets ready for manager approval. Additionally employee’s clocking activities are also tracked based on their location at the time and can be reported on.

Pay slips and documents

Pay slips and documents

Employees are notified once pay slips are published and can then access them directly from the app. WorkZone also allows employees to view and acknowledge work documents, removing the need for your clients to hand out paper files or send mass emails.
