Connect accounts and journals in a couple of minutes with QuickFile
KeyPay has released an integration with QuickFile so that shared users can benefit from an automated payroll and accounting experience.
Manually transferring accounts and payroll data between systems can be a repetitive and tedious task that can lead to confusion and error. KeyPay users can now easily integrate payroll with Quickfile to connect the chart of accounts and export journals to the general ledger.
QuickFile is a cloud based accounting system for UK based freelancers, contractors and small business owners. QuickFile is a simple, intuitive interface that is MTD compliant and allows the automation of bank feeds, professional invoicing, full expense management, digital VAT filing, and 100s of integrations.
KeyPay will produce the payroll journal in a file format that is unique to QuickFile allowing users to easily send their payroll figures into their general ledger. By teaming up with QuickFile, KeyPay is providing their UK users with an end-to-end payroll and accounting automation, eliminating duplication of efforts, manual export and time-consuming tasks.
How does it work?
In order to benefit from this new integration, KeyPay users will need to sign up for an account with QuickFile. Once the account has been set up, it’s as simple as linking QuickFile via the Integrations page, mapping the chart of accounts and then exporting the payroll journal to the QuickFile general ledger once a pay run is finalised.
You’ll have full transparency over the payroll details, so you enjoy an end-to-end payroll and accounting experience. We love automation that makes life simple!
