How do I migrate from my existing payroll provider?

Moving over from an existing provider is simple! You have the option to import employee details and employee opening balances via CSV or Excel which also means you can move to KeyPay at any time of the year. Our team will advise you on best practice for migration.

Is training available?

Yes, training with the Customer Experience team is available at an additional cost to monthly plans and is offered in modules dependent on the requirements of your business. The KeyPay team will ensure you are confident and trained within the system to ensure you benefit from the many efficiencies that the KeyPay solution offers.
